Dodge Park loop to the left (dirt road included)
About 4 miles hard, followed by a 1/2 mile cool down
29:50 for the workout, 5:09 death shuffle immediately after (no interval in-between workout and CD)
Kevin led this run, said we hit a 7:05 mile at one point. Me, Marcela, and Abbey stayed up w/ him the whole time, and Cocco and Schwendy stayed up for most of the way. Pretty intense run for the first day of cross-country practice -- felt good. :)
