Spinning!!!! First class in forever. It was an endurance class so it was pretty easy for me. Pyramid intervals. :30, :45, 1:00, 1:30, 1:45, 2:00 and back down doing the following circuit at each time:
1. Flat speed
2. Flat speed + jumps
3. Standing run in 2
4. Seated hill
5. Seated hill + jumps
6. Standing hill in 3
7. 30 sec spring in 3
So, all that for 30 seconds each, then right back into it for 45 seconds each, etc. No rest :)
