Notes

Perhaps did a little better? Warmed up with side stroke, then tried to do 50 yards at a time with rests in between. I can see how my breathing might get better. Maybe. Did some every three breathing, but once I started sharing a lane did every 2. Ended with a couple quick 25 yards and then 2 slow 25 yards.
