Tried very hard and wore my heart rate monitor. We did hill intervals where we increased after 15, 30, 45, and finally 1 minute. Went like this:
Base of seated hill.
Add a quarter turn and then seated hill.
Add a quarter turn and then standing jog.
Add a turn and then standing in 3 hill all out.
Did this each for 15 sec, then 30 sec, then 45 sec, then 1:00. For the 45 and 1:00 sets, we did jumps until the last 30 sec for a sprint.
