Notes

Really dont know how to keep track of what I swim. It just gets monotonous! I warmed up for 10 minutes with side stroke. Then did some freestyle, breathing every other. Then did some kicks. More side stroke. More freestyle with every 3 but I couldnt do 50 yards of this before I had to stop. More kicks, more freestyle every other.
