Notes

This was a very good run for me, after a week off - probably 4 more days than I needed, I returned to running with a full tank. The run was a gradual increase of pace. First 3 Miles, 23:50, 4 Miles, 31:30, 5 Miles, 39:10, 6 Miles, 46:30.

My near term goal is to get that run down to 45:00.
