Notes

Easy run to the gym. Worked out in the middle. Ran home at the end. Listened to the Cult, Sun King. Great album.

Had a race in the morning which is why I toned down the run. Also the work out was light. Flat bench, decline bench, standing bar curls (21.s), dumbel curls. Seated chest pull downs. incline situps. Extended shoulder raises.
