So this was a great work out. If I had the time I was going to do another two recovery laps, but didn't.
The SHR were contiguous without rests. Last time I took rests although I didn't track the time. I think I took 10 to 20 second rests. So by that measure this workout was much more superior.
Also, I learned to use my arms and shoulders to create momentum uphill.
Anyway - psyched for next week's long hill repeats...looking forward to seeing similar type improvements.
