Treadmill

Notes

Thought I should eat more to compensate for the amount of work outs. Didn't help much. Just ate more than I needed I think. Felt really full all day.

Still, once on the treadmill I couldn't get my rhythm. Planned to do a 7.5 tonight. Ended up with a measly 3. did attempt hills, but the treadmill shut down midway, and the restart took too long, at that point I was frustrated. Did my 3 and went and worked out.
