Incline of 3:00. I am committed to a six week training regimen. Time to kick butt and go after the SF Marathon. I believe lighter weight, like 195 lbs, plus excellent conditioning will help me get there. I am concerned about the hills. My plan is to begin running segments of the SF marathon, including those hills.
