Original goal was 3:30 and I followed the 3:30 pacers until 15 km. My legs started to cramp after about 24 km. I started to think I couldn't make a new PB, but then at 34 km the 3:45 pacers passed me and I was able to follow them for about 5 km, that helped a lot.
At 41 km my right leg totally cramped and I fell down, but got up soon and was able to get a new PB by 9 seconds, so I'm really happy.
