I set up the workout wrong, so the 0.25 recovery intervals repeated, but not the 0.5, so i just did it manually. Laps look funny initially, but actual workout was:
1.8mi warmup
6 x 800m with 400m recovery between each (3:27, 3:30, 3:24, 3:30, 3:26, 3:28)
2.9mi cool down
