Felt surprisingly hardcore today despite the long weekend bike ride. I think my accumulated runs including last week's TM interval workout is starting to kick in - I felt like I was flying today! Worked realy hard out there, but after seeing myself hold HR170 for a long way on this weekend's past bike ride, I had a lot more confidence in not blowing up, and it worked.
Definitely one of my fastest runs for nearly a year. Not all-out, but definitely at or above LT for most of the uphils. I'd guesstimate that HR155-158 is about my threshold pace (1hr max pace) right now.
Keep in mind that this time was with 11 stoplights.
