Notes

Moderate run out, mod hard up ocean blvd, and then earnest hard pace up San Vicente. Moderate pace through busy section, and then moderate-hard to end. Felt strong the whole way, but still not going really fast on the long downhill. Uphills working better than the downs for sure.

This is definitely an improvement from before - ankles and ligaments holding up well now.
