Notes

Calves/achilles tendons still sore - think I've been running a bit fast for my low mileage.

Kept a steady 140ish HR for 5 miles; stopped because of soreness in achilles.

141HR = approx 7:51-7:54 pace on the UCLA Track in ideal temps
