Forgot HR monitor.

Did this one at 4:30AM - no cars to stop me at intersections, so actually ran continuously, Still didn't go as fast as I'd hoped - got tired in the final 2 miles and slowed down a lot. Kept a brisk uphill pace on San Vicente though.
