Notes

After a 2 mile warmup while increasing my pace to 7:13/mile, I ran the next 5 miles at the same pace as follows:

1 minute with incline between 6 and 9 degress, then 3 minutes down at 1.5 degrees. Good way to get some hill work and lots of miles and forcing myself to keep the same pace.

I also focused on shortening my stride as much as possible.

Right calf is kind of sort. Deep pain right in the middle right below where the thick part of the calf starts.
