ez run on TM. Tried a new technique today.
I wanted to get some hills in, but I didn't want it to be a killer workout (that's for this weekend).
I did alternating hills: 2:30 on hills, 2:30 back on flat (2%). While on the hill, I slowed the pace from 7.7 MPH to 7.7 minus the amount of incline. For example, when at a 10% incline, I lowered the speed to 6.7 MPH.
Felt like it was a good hill workout, without undue stress.
