Notes

First week of 3 leg exercises (step ups, one-legged squats, and one-leg hops), followed by easy run around Lake Arlington.

I think there might be some truth to the idea of doing those exercises BEFORE running as being a good thing to do. I could feel it, but not in a bad way.

I wish my head cold would go away. It's not bad. Just annoying.
