2 miles vez/slow to start then

1 mile slower at 5% incline

1 mile slow back at 0%

2 miles ez

10 x (15s fast 11.5 MPH + 45s ez for recovery)

ez to finish 9 miles.

It's amazing how after running very slow at 5% incline how easy it feels to run at 0% incline.
