Notes

first time trying the 7,6,5...1 min run workout on the treadmill.

After a 2 mile warmup, I ran 7 minutes at 9.2 MPH, then 3:30 minutes easy.

Then, 6 minutes hard at 9.3 mph, then 3 minutes easy

then 5 minutes hard at 9.4 mph, followed by 2:30 minutes easy

4 hard at 9.5, 2 easy

3 hard at 9.6, 1:30 easy (cut this one to 2 minutes hard)

2 hard at 9.7, 1 easy

1 hard at 9.8,

1 mile cool down

this was a hard work out, especially the 5, 4, and 3 minute segments.
