Wonderful easy run with friends. Felt great and enjoyed the easy pace and the beautiful day.
Good running this week - happy to see you got in 4 runs! You have been keeping a good pace and I see on this run you took your mileage up to 4.5,
I would like to see you continue with your schedule but I want you to increase your long run - you need to be at 6 or 7 miles this coming Saturday. You should go at a slower pace for the long run - the purpose of the long run is endurance.
I know you can do 6 or 7 miles easily!! Keep up the great work and see you Tuesday!
