Of course not feeling great leading up to event, but much better than Rock n' Roll. Once I got moving felt great minus some post-tib flaring at 8.5 miles. Great weather (think mid 50s?). Def sweat, but breeze kept me cool. 4 plus minutes off previous PR sets up nice for the Marathon in a few weeks. Body responded to everything I wanted (hills around Fairmont were a little tougher going HM pace vs. M pace last year).
