Shins felt good till the last half mile of the tempo, so that was really good. Think I'm almost done with that. First 4 were at 5:20 pace, next 3 were at 5:15 pace. Decided to go harder for the last one and it was 4:59 pace, so maybe should have tried more for the first 7. It wasn't like I was collapsing on the last one or anything, so maybe I'll try to do 5:10's the whole time next time or something. Maybe I'm not trying hard enough, like when I was with Vasant last time for hills he was hunched over breathing for most of the hills and was really pushing himself on the last one, so maybe I need to put forth more effort. Was faster than the last time I did this hill, which was 5:20. I did 8 last time, but for some reason I only logged 4. I'm here complaining about it, but I can't remember a better hill workout than this, so I guess it couldn't have been that bad lol, these are the worst I'm so bad at these.
