Hills, picked up in increments of 4's to make sure I didn't drain myself. First 4 were 5 flat pace, next 4 were 4:49 pace. The last 2 were 4:35 pace. The last one was a 65 which was good, and looking back I must have gotten sick at practice cause I was by the time I got home and I had a cough and sore throat all day, so all in all pretty good.
