Good firm 15 miler. 6.6 miler with Boomer at 7:40 pace Forrest Loop then back the park for the loop with the group slow, then Forrest Loop again (backwards) at a sub 8:00 pace. Worked the hills, especially the big hill past the Y up to Lowes in low 7's . From top of the hill on in to the park 6:45 pace.
