from Work down 109 to Odums Bend. Left on Odums bend to Steam Plant Road, Left on Steam Plant to Airport Road, Left on Airport back to 109, left on 109 to work.
Good course, somewhat hilly but not too bad. Mostly long, easy hills. Ran an easy pace, about 8:15, but I walked like 6 times. Right shin still hurting
