Notes
3-mile tempo run with 1-mile warm-up and .5 mile cool-down. Felt good. Knee felt a little weird during warm-up but felt fine once I got going. Wore both knee braces. Wanted to get a tempo run in without any walk breaks before racing this weekend.
Splits:
Mile 1 - 9:23 (warm-up)
Mile 2 - 7:01 (HR 160)
Mile 3 - 7:30 (HR 169)
Mile 4 - 7:28 (HR 173)
Mile 5 - (1/2 mile cool-down) 5:09 (10:03 pace)
