Felt good. No one from group 2a was there so I went with group 2 from the start: 3:24 working down to 3:19.
Went great, which was a sigh of relief cause I'd been having some shite solo workouts earlier. Never had a rep slower than 3:23 and was pretty consistent. The last one was a little slower than the few before but not due to a lack of try. Good workout.
Snowboarded the afternoon away. Need to rest legs big time before nats.
