ankle/arch oh my rolled ankle feeling pretty shitty during warm up. I stuck it out and it eventually came through but i almost scratched the whole workout. ill take tomorrow off anyway just to save it for fridays LR. the work out itself was decent. splits were consistent with a little bit of wind to fight. i felt a bit clunky in the beginning and really began to smooth out my form in the middle. However, in the last four I began feeling very clunky again even though they were quicker my general sentiment is meh.
