Legs definitely felt worse today than yesterday. Probably from the rather "quick" turnaround between runs (less than 24 hours). Didn't push pace at all. Temps were in the low 70's and sun was very bright and hot. A little headwind during portion of run. Ran through QC Wash again for a portion of the run.
