much ice on Minuteman so watch was stopped often and not restarted...ran with Carlos, Jeff, Kieran, Wolfgang Ephraim Tim M and Deema
doubled back with Carlos and ran down group at mile 18...Wolfgang ran sub60 min 10 mile Blackcat race yesterday and was evidently quite recovered??? great to run with Carlos again...
stopped watch on some icy stretches and prob ran closer to 20...legs felt good but would not have wanted to go another 6 miles today...40 mile weekend and 54 mile week 2nd highest volume week of 2014
