2.5 WU, into 1-2-3-2-1-2-3-2-1 min @ threshold with 1 min jog btw, then 4x30s strides, then CD back home
Felt good for this, averaged ~5:25 for the ons which is maybe a bit quick but about within the right range. Some reps were uphill and felt hard and some were downhill and felt easy. Good work, legs felt strong going fast. I'm starting to feel very fit again.
