8x3min @ goal half-marathon pace, 1 min recovery. Goal pace: 5:43.

Did pretty well to hit near the pace for each rep. Kinda settled in and cruised, but it took some focus and watch watching to stay near pace. Overall pleased, the pace felt comfortable, not quite doable for the full 75 minutes yet but I'm confident I could have held it for an hour. Hoping I can be more familiar with the pace come November so it doesn't take as much focus to hit it. Good stuff tho for the first workout at the pace. Was nothing too hard, but a good intro.
