Another hard effort on the trail. Made myself work but tried to feel strong throughout, and not go crazy. Felt good again until the last 600m uphill right at the end. Did have some stomach issues so in true GLR fashion I stopped to poop in the woods. Pleased with this effort and I feel ready to kick some butt in a couple weeks.
