Workout was 3200, 3 min rest, 2400, 2:30 rest, 1600 on the track in Cali.
Did this with Ryan and Quinn and their workout group. Was awesome to be able to see them and get a great workout in, and then get dinner and see some of the city afterward. Very thankful I got to do that. The workout went really well for me. 5:20-5:00 pace felt super comfortable and it's the first I've felt really good since being sick. Glad to be back at it.
