30 min threshold on the treadmill.
Did 10 minutes @ 11.2 (5:21 pace), 10 mins @ 11.3 (5:18 pace), 10 mins @ 11.4 (5:15 pace) all continuous. Felt great throughout, was very controlled and comfortably uncomfortable. I'm pleased with how this went, stuck to the mill to avoid 30mph winds and sleet, which was a good choice. Was very sweaty for leg day afterward.
