Notes
Oops. Meant to do an 8k tempo, and felt great after mile 2, but went too fast. Cut it at 20min cuz I was on the struggle bus. Learned a few things tho:
1. I overexerted myself this week with poor sleep, lots of work, and high volume and decent quality running. Down week next week is in order
2. This course is tough. Gained a lot of respect for the top college athletes who come out here and rip 4:30s for an entire 8k at nuttycomb.
3. On Wednesday I thought I should just run easy today. Thought it would be more fun to run fast. My body was right. Gotta listen to it
