This was not great, wanted to do three sets, but it would have been really pushing it, and this is just not the week for that. 65-67 felt pretty hard, but I just gotta trust the process and understand that I'm still fit and I'll have it come Saturday. 150s felt great. Gotta get my head right and I'll be good to go.
