Finished work early so I decided to get out and shake the legs. Felt pretty bad and flat, and sore from playing soccer this week but healthy, so overall a win. Have been taking advantage of my free time this week by playing soccer and even getting out sailing yesterday, so that's been fun. Probably won't run over the weekend, but will get fully back into it starting Monday to begin my half marathon training. Should be nice to get on a good, hard training plan and push myself.
