Notes

This was the first workout/hard effort I've done since moving that I felt really good for. Felt like the version of myself that closed tempo runs in 10:30 for the last 2 miles this spring. Really was holding back too until the last mile. Really good times especially for the course and grass. Type of workout I'd expect on the tempo loop, so it's a big confidence boost to pull that off on grass.

I am very excited for GLR next weekend. Feeling good, fit and I'm very excited to see everyone. Awesome group going this year. Being captain is fun but a lot of work. Going to do some shopping and purchase the holy binders
