The goal for this workout was to stay controlled and not go too fast since I have a huge long run on Sunday with some race pace running. I even dropped the rest down to 90s so I wouldn't be tempted. I did a good job and felt super controlled. Did not ever press very hard. Legs had some general high mileage heaviness but I felt solid. Weather was pristine
