Easy run with hill strides, found a shady hill which was a Godsend since it was super hot today. Forgot to restart my watch after getting stopped by a train. Felt pretty crappy overall, stride still doesn't feel quite normal. Fitness is also still lacking a bit. I almost feel a bit heavy on my feet. Next week and the week following will probably be less lifting due to travelling, so hopefully that'll help the legs feel better.
