Felt great for a really nice long run on a new loop that I stole from Bob Liking's strava. Cruised down to a comfortable pace that didn't feel hard but was faster than easy. Definitely plenty of fitness to be gained but I'm starting this training block in a really good spot. Week 1/16 done
