Why was this hard? Lung pain from the fall yesterday... Without the use of drugs (VI), running would be next to impossible. Pain inhaling and exhaling...doc thinks a bruised lung.
Otherwise, awesome run/walk on a beautiful dirt road in Silverton, Co. From 9320' ro 10,000' and back with my sweetie :-)
