Final really long run/hike for Hardrock up in Taos. Starting around 9400' and climbing up and over 13,161' Wheeler Peak in a big loop, which included several other peaks. Lots of lakes, bighorn sheep and stormy skies. Sunny most of the day, but the usual afternoon storm clouds began ot build, so we got down quickly. Mostly hiking fast up the trails and then running down....perfect training for Hardrock. Will start to back off this week.
