Terrain: Trail
Notes: Distance unknown. First comes a scramble to the top of the steep trail - about 21 min., then interval work on slightly rolling hills small gravel Forest Service Road, then back down steep trail. Whole walk/run takes me about 56 min. if I go my fastest. I'll say 2.5 miles. could be most anything else.
