Notes
This was actually a C25K plus an extra third of a mile. I did it at Miller Park track, where have not been for a while. I am re doing week three. Darn, I forgot to set my watch at the start, so I am making an educated guess. I feel like I did well. I did the five minutes warm up walk, then the intervals, but cut the walking part a little when I felt like it. I also did an extra 1/3 mile at the end of the walk. My time will not show up as my best, but the 3 min. of running were not that easy.
The great thing that I found out is that the new loop of this little track will be paved tomorrow, and the total is supposed to be 1 1/2 mile. Whoopee! Now I can time myself better.
