This was the first 25 min. of today's run/walk, and was day 5 of the C25K routine. It was all uphill due to the configuration of my path from my house. So what I do is a warm up walk of 5 min, followed by 90 sec. of "running", which to me means try the hardest I can to go as fast as I can, followed by 90 sec. of not pushing so much, but it is still steep up hill. The whole thing takes about 25 min. at this time. Afterwards, I continue on my regular long walk/run adventure. I actually think the distance is further, but don't know.
