My 1 year anniversary race (same race, too) of my first race . Done with Renee' doing well on the 10K, and Valerie and Heidi doing well in the 4.4 mile. A year ago, I had a time of 1 hr., 8 min., and was wasted afterwards. This time, I ran most of the way, and did well all the way. It was a fun weekend, and I am sooo happy with the results. I had worked as well and as smart as I could, and it all payed off.
